Beyond the pool there is a good flat area which opens up many possibilities for its use and a storage building. In the garden there are palms, Mediterranean plants and a variety of fruit trees including a large apricot tree. The finca has about 40 grape vines of its own, and there are thousands more in view on the adjacent agricultural land owned by the neighbours.
